J.B. Fox

J.B. Fox was born and raised in Kentucky, and he writes the kinds of stories that get told on porches after dark: horror, dark comedy and history rooted in the hills and hollows of home. His novel Milk and Cornbread comes straight from a folk tale his great-grandmother told him. It's an old Appalachian story about a snake, a springhouse and a child, set on a 1940 Casey County tobacco farm. Fox also writes historical mysteries drawn from true Kentucky events, including That Odd Fellows Circus Murder: Murder at Crab Orchard Springs. His books are available in ebook and paperback from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Google Play and Walmart. Readers can join his free fan club and newsletter, the Springhouse Society, for prequel stories, folklore and news of new releases.
